The Enforce website (www.enforce-een.eu) is the main tool of communication for citizens, helping them to improve energy efficiency in their houses, save energy and protect the environment. The website is divided in specific sections for each Partner State (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Slovenia), plus a common section in english.
In details, the website includes:
- A section devoted to on line advice, where only by introducing some simple data it is possible to obtain not only a first Check up of consumer’s house energy efficiency but also a Detailed Energy Audit provided by an Energy Auditor belonging to the Enforce Network, before carrying out any type of investment aimed at improving energy efficiency.
- A section showing both economic and fiscal incentives that are in force in order to promote investments for improving energy efficiency of buildings.
- A section devoted to the characteristics and usability of those technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency and save energy, explained in a simple and easy way: condensing boilers, thermoregulation and individual heat distribution, building thermal insulation, solar, thermal and photovoltaic installations, air conditioning, biomass stoves and boilers, geothermal energy, micro-cogeneration, etc..
- An up to date database, including different downloadable sheets on the european, national and regional legislation concerning sustainable building construction, building energy efficiency, etc. A specific section is devoted both to all the existing funding opportunity in the field of energy efficiency and to the use of renewable sources of energy, providing useful information also on how the incentives system works and how to benefit from it.
- Information on the actions carried out during the information campaign on energy efficiency and saving addressed to the general public and professionals, with specific details on each scheduled event.
- A section accessible only by the members of the Enforce International Club for Energy Auditors, joined by all the Energy Auditors coming from the various National Networks. The section allows members of the International Club to introduce not only their personal data but also a summary of the actions done inside the Enforce National Network of Energy Auditors (energy audits and certifications, energy regeneration projects, etc.). By this way, Club members will be able to exchange their experiences and ask for advice and insights on the different technologies used, building the conditions for a real Enforce European Network of Energy Auditors.
